Tracy Marshall, President/CEO

Tracy is a dynamic leader with 20 years of experience in web development, business development, marketing, and customer relations. He is intimately familiar with the technical issues that face growing businesses and organizations. He has a clear vision for delivering reliable, quality web solutions that provide flexibility in an ever changing online landscape.

Tracy has extensive hands-on experience in the following areas:

Before establishing StrateComm (February 1999), Mr. Marshall spent time managing public relations for Virginia Power, the state's largest electric utility, the Virginia legislature, and Capitol Hill. Subsequently, he taught English in Italy before moving to Washington, DC, where he helped create and build a congressionally mandated organization. As Director of Operations for that organization, he was responsible for Web development, systems integration, database management, human resources, contract management, and budget operations. Tracy holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from the College of William and Mary.

Rob Rogers, Sr. Developer/Technical Director

Rob is an accomplished software developer specializing in dynamic web applications and database design. He excels in programming languages including Perl, PHP, Python, Shell, Java, Lisp, Tel, JavaScript, C++, VBA, and Transact-SQL. System Software expertise is in Apache, IIS, Enterprise Server, AOLserver, SQL-Server, PostgreSQL, Sybase, MySQL. He is also experienced in NT Administration and Unix Administration Operating Systems as well as TCP/IP and HTTP protocols. He has technical expertise in XML, HTML and CSS Markup languages as well as Data Modeling and program design experience in 00 Design, Data Flow Diagramming, Data Definition Language.

Rob has a B.A. in English Literature from the College of William and Mary and was a Candidate for MS Program in Computer Science at San Francisco State University. Courses completed include Data Structures, Discrete math for Computer Science, fundamentals of Computer Science, Programming in C++, and systems Analysis & Design.

Hong Manasilp, Senior Designer

Hong is Stratecomm’s Senior Web Graphics Designer and is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCADD) with an MFA degree in Computer Art. Hong's expertise includes:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Macromedia Flash & Action Scripting
• Macromedia Dreamweaver
• Microsoft Powerpoint
• Javascript
• PHP Scripting
• Other HTML and scripting tools.

Hong has a proven ability to manage large-scale projects, consistently delivering services and products within time and budget constraints. He is an excellent teacher of other designers and interns, and has proven especially proficient at finding just the right visual design for each client.

Dan Jeffers, Search Engine Optimization/Online Marketing Specialist

Dan serves as Stratecomm’s SEO/Online Marketing Specialist and has an extensive skill set that ranges from providing personalized business-consulting services to overseeing and managing staff that perform the programming of complex applications. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
